About Elements of Time

What is the Elements of Time collection?

Elements of Time is an exclusive collaboration between H. Moser & Cie. and Azuki, merging Swiss horological mastery with Azuki's digital artistry and storytelling. The Elements of Time series includes 4 exclusive Pioneer Tourbillons, each representing one of the elemental domains – Fire, Earth, Water, and Lightning – alongside 4 Pioneer Centre Seconds references (each of them limited to 24 pieces).

How does the sales process work for these watches?

The sales journey unfolds in five phases:

Interest Registration (Aug 13 – 20)
Discover the collection, explore detailed galleries, and register to stay informed.
Deposit & Raffle (Aug 20 – 27)
Place a deposit to secure entry into the allocation draw for your chosen model and dial.
First Purchase Window (From Aug 27 – Sep 10)
Selected collectors receive exclusive invitations to complete their purchases.
Reassignment Window (From Sep 13-19 onwards)
Unclaimed allocations from the first purchase window are offered to the next eligible collectors on the waitlist.
Shipping & Delivery (From Sep 10 onwards)
Timepieces are shipped following the close of the fulfillment window.

Why is the collection offered through a raffle?

Due to the limited nature of the collection and anticipated interest, a raffle ensures fairness and transparency when allocating these rare pieces, allowing each collector an equal opportunity to secure a watch.

What are the deposit amounts for each model?

Pioneer Centre Seconds: USD 5,000
Pioneer Tourbillon: USD 10,000

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).

Is my deposit refundable?

If you are selected, your deposit becomes non-refundable and will be applied toward your final purchase price.
If you are not selected, your deposit will be fully refunded. Refund processing for those not allocated will begin once the allocation phase is completed.

Can I indicate interest in more than one dial?

Yes. If you're open to multiple dial of the same model, you may specify this during checkout including preference order. Indicating flexibility can increase your chances of securing a timepiece in this limited release.

How do I submit my dial preferences?

During the deposit process, you'll see a free-text field where you can enter your preferences. For example:

"First preference: Earth. Second preference: Water."

How long is the deposit window open?

The deposit window opens on August 20 at 10:00 AM PST and closes on August 27 at 10:00 PM PST.

Allocation, Purchase & Fulfillment

What happens if I am selected in the raffle?

If you are selected, you will receive an email on or after August 27 with a unique private purchase link for the watch(es) you have been allocated.

Can I choose not to purchase a watch I've been allocated?

Yes. When you access your private purchase link, your allocated watch will automatically appear in your cart. Should you decide not to proceed, you can remove the item, which will gray out the allocation. You may re-add it to your cart as long as your purchase window remains open. Please note that forfeited deposits are non-refundable.

How do I complete my purchase?

Click your unique purchase link.
Your allocated watch will be automatically added to your cart.
Your deposit will be deducted from the total purchase price shown.
If you choose not to proceed, you may remove the item, with the option to re-add it during your purchase window.
Complete your checkout through our secure Shopify flow.

Do you accept cryptocurrency as payment?

Yes. We accept payments exclusively in Animecoin ($ANIME) via DePay. The final value in $ANIME is determined at the time of checkout.

How long do I have to finalize my purchase?

From August 27, selected buyers have a two-week window — until September 10 — to complete their purchase. Customers selected during the Reassignment Window (September 13 onwards) will have 7 days from the time of notification to finalize their purchase.

How will my watch be delivered?

Each timepiece ships securely with full tracking and insurance.
Delivery times vary based on location and production schedules.
Updates will be shared throughout the fulfillment process.
Import fees may be required and will be paid by the customer upon request
Insurance fees may apply - you will be notified prior to purchase completion in this case.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all destinations serviced by ParcelPro to ensure secure, fully insured delivery of your timepiece. Please note that certain countries are restricted due to insurance limitations, import regulations, or security concerns. If your delivery address is in a restricted country, you will be notified prior to completing your purchase. For any questions regarding shipping eligibility, please contact our concierge team.

What happens if the watch I want is sold out?

All deposits for unfulfilled orders of sold-out models will be fully refunded. You will be promptly notified if your preferred selection cannot be fulfilled once the allocation phases are completed.

Pricing & Payments

In which currency are prices displayed?

All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD). Exchange rates may fluctuate based on your payment method and financial institution.

Will exchange rates affect my final price?

Yes. Your financial institution's exchange rate at the time of purchase may influence your final amount if you pay in a currency other than USD.

Order Status & Customer Care

When will the watches ship?

Estimated delivery dates will be provided following the completion of purchases during the fulfillment window, which begins September 10th.

How will I receive updates regarding my order?

All communications regarding your deposit, selection results, and shipping updates will be sent to the email address provided during registration or checkout.

Can I change my dial preference after placing my deposit?

Preferences should be submitted during the deposit phase. Changes may not be possible after the end of the deposit phase. Please reach out to our concierge team for assistance with any updates.

How is my personal information protected?

We take data privacy seriously. Your personal information is securely handled and used exclusively for communication, purchase processing, and order fulfillment.

About PBT (Physical Backed Token)

What is a Physical Backed Token (PBT)?

A PBT is a digital token that represents ownership of your physical Moser timepiece. It serves as your watch's digital twin, guaranteeing authenticity, provenance, and optional digital utility.

Is the PBT secure?

Yes. Blockchain technology ensures cryptographic security and public verifiability, offering transparent ownership records for your timepiece.

Does owning a PBT mean my watch is digital?

Not at all. Your watch remains a physical, mechanical creation handcrafted in Schaffhausen. The PBT simply adds a modern layer of trust, provenance, and digital engagement.

Is the PBT tradable?

Yes. Your watch's PBT can be transferred, enabling you to sell or gift your timepiece along with its digital certificate of authenticity. Certain conditions may apply to ensure security and traceability.

Do I need technical knowledge to use the PBT?

No specialized knowledge is required. We provide a guided process for managing your token and verifying ownership, even if you're new to blockchain technology.

What benefits come with owning a PBT?

Authenticity & Provenance: Blockchain secures your watch's authenticity and ownership records.
Collector Perks: Owners can equip exclusive digital items on their Azuki Collector Profile:
- PFP Equips: 8 digital accessories, one for each watch variant.
- Background Equips: 4 unique backgrounds representing Earth, Fire, Water, or Lightning.

How do I mint my PBT?

Each watch includes a serialized warranty card. Simply scan the card and follow our guided steps to mint your PBT, uniquely linked to your timepiece.

What are PFP and background equips?

PFP Equip: A unique digital accessory for your Azuki profile, matching your watch's elemental domain.
Background Equip: A digital background for your Azuki Collector Profile, celebrating your watch's unique domain.

Can I sell my watch separately from its PBT?

Technically yes, but it's strongly advised to keep the physical watch and its PBT together. The PBT acts as your digital proof of authenticity and provenance, preserving the full collectible value of your timepiece.
